Cancellation Timeframe
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be changed or canceled.
How to Cancel an Order

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we’ll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case:

Pre-Orders or Backorders
Pre-orders or items on backorder may be canceled at any time before they are processed or shipped. Please reach out for assistance.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
