At Veleory, we’re committed to delivering your fashion finds quickly and efficiently. Below is all the information you need about our shipping policies.   

Shipping Options:   

  •  Standard Shipping: Duration: Typically takes 7-12 business days.   

 Shipping Costs:   

  • Standard Shipping: Orders Under $100: A nominal fee of $5.50 is charged. 

Orders Over $100: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping.   

Order Processing   

  •  Timeframe: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. This is the time taken to prepare your order before shipping.   

Shipping to Multiple Addresses   

If you wish to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.   

International Shipping   

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our international shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!   

Tracking Your Order   

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our shipping partner’s website.   

Shipping Delays   

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery. If there are any significant delays, we will keep you informed.   

Issues with Your Shipment   

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as missing or damaged items, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.   

 

Delayed or Lost Packages 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Veleory is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
